SEEBURGER Forms Customer Advisory Board to Drive Innovation

ATLANTA, GA – Global business integration software provider SEEBURGER today announced the formation of the company’s first Customer Advisory Board (CAB) to provide insights into the market’s business integration needs and guide future product enhancements that will benefit members’ own operations as well as those of the broader industry. Customers selected to serve on the board will have the opportunity to influence the SEEBURGER product roadmap, beta test new SEEBURGER solutions, and receive special discounts on future products and upgrades. Membership will be limited to a small group of strategic customers and technical end users.

The CAB will initially focus on the SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite (BIS), used by thousands of companies for trading partner communications for more than two decades and now the market’s first consolidated platform for managing and tracking B2B/EDI transaction messages and managed file transfer (MFT) activities; and SEEBURGER SAP Solution Extensions, including SAP add-ons that fully integrate order-to-cash and supply chain monitoring processes into the SAP environment.

SEEBURGER will consult the board to:

  • Organize and focus customer recommendations for SEEBURGER product enhancements
  • Identify B2B, EDI, MFT, enterprise application integration (EAI) and industry-specific requirements to help determine future product direction
  • Define customer and industry best practices for SEEBURGER deployments as well as for SAP processes that can be facilitated by SEEBURGER technology
  • Solicit feedback on potential SEEBURGER solutions and implementation approaches
  • Involve customers in the product development lifecycle at periodic review points
