Bretten, 16. Februar 2012 – Cofely wickelt über die Cloud die Vorgaben der Bundesnetzagentur zu 100 Prozent gesetzeskonform ab und löst die Kommunikation mit anderen Geschäftspartnern über EDI. Energiedienstleister wie die Cofely Deutschland GmbH sind dazu verpflichtet alle Vorgänge bei den Wechselprozessen (GPKE, GeLi, WiM) und den Bilanzierungsprozessen (MaBiS, GaBi) elektronisch abzuwickeln. Der Aufwand für zeitintensives Stammdatenhandling und zweimal jährliche Strukturänderungen von EDIFACT-Nachrichten entfallen nun für Cofely, denn sie laufen automatisch über die Utilities B2B-Cloud. Flexibilität und Compliance
Als Teil der GDF SUEZ-Gruppe ist die Cofely primär in den Geschäftsfeldern Anlagentechnik, Energy Services, Facility Services und Kältetechnik aktiv. Dadurch kommuniziert das Unternehmen nicht nur mit Endkunden, sondern auch mit Geschäftskunden und Energieversorgern.
Um die Kommunikation gemäß den BNetzA-Vorgaben künftig konform abzuwickeln und mit anderen Geschäftspartnern auch klassische Handelsprozesse per EDI abwickeln zu können, entschied sich die Cofely für die SEEBURGER Utilities B2B-Cloud. Die Managed-Service-Lösung für die EDIFACT-Kommunikation wird im SEEBURGER-Rechenzentrum in Bretten bei Karlsruhe betrieben.

Ergänzend zur Cloud nutzt das Unternehmen die SEEBURGER-Lösung 4invoice für die automatische Rechnungseingangsverarbeitung von Netznutzungsabrechnungen in einem SAP-System (ohne Branchenprofil IS-U).
Elektronische Netznutzungsrechnungen werden somit über die Utilities B2B-Cloud empfangen, entsprechend konvertiert und verarbeitet, automatisch dem SAP-System übergeben und anschließend in der 4invoice-Lösung weiterverbucht.

Um Leads nachzuverfolgen, setzen viele Unternehmen Salesforce.com ein. Falls der Lead zum Auftrag wird, müssen die Vertriebsmitarbeiter häufig von Hand die Kontakte ins unternehmenseigene ERP-System (Enterprise Ressource Planning System) übertragen. Über den Salesforce.com-Adapter können Daten automatisch vom Web-Service in lokale Anwendungen übertragen werden.

Leadverfolgung deutlich vereinfacht

Bretten, Germany, September 2011 – Soliditet, one of Scandinavia’s leading credit rating agencies, has awarded SEEBURGER Svenska AB a triple A credit rating. That means customers and suppliers can enjoy complete security, knowing their investment is fully protected.

Swedish business integration solutions supplier SEEBURGER Svenska AB has just received a triple A credit rating. “We’re proud of this excellent achievement,” says Conny Jansson, Managing Director Nordic, SEEBURGER Svenska AB. “It demonstrates SEEBURGER’s global position as a successful, profitable company with solid financial underpinnings.” Bernd Seeburger, CEO of SEEBURGER AG Germany, goes on to add, “We don’t operate a short-term, shareholder-focused strategy. This rating code only applies to limited liability companies – and in Sweden, less than three percent of these have achieved a triple A rating. Independent rating agency Soliditet has been using this system since 1989.

A strong liquidity position inspires confidence
These rating codes allow customers and suppliers to make reliable assessments of their business partners’ liquidity positions. SEEBURGER Svenska’s financial stability is clear to see: in a long-term rating (of more than 360 days), its borrowings were assessed as very secure, meaning that the company has a low default risk. (L&T Infotech), one of the world’s top-ranked global IT services providers, to deliver expert on-premise and  cloud-based  implementation and consulting services for SEEBURGER’s world-leading and award-winning business integration, managed file transfer and vertical-specific collaboration solutions. The agreement reflects an aggressive channel expansion strategy by both companies to meet growing market demand driven by changing global conditions and the movement of enterprise applications to cloud-based delivery models.

The first joint SEEBURGER-L&T Infotech client is a Fortune 100 distributor servicing vendors and resellers throughout the world.  The client selected the SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite (BIS) to consolidate, standardize and upgrade multiple B2B/EDI platforms used to automate trading partner communications worldwide, simplifying data exchange and associated IT oversight as well as reducing the use of disparate and antiquated systems.

The project extends across 30 countries, involves more than a dozen data and communications protocols, and integrates more than 2,000 trading partners supporting a broad array of IT infrastructures. The deployed infrastructure features advanced capabilities such as IMXML-based real-time price/availability checks that will double the previous B2B/EDI workload volume at full production.

The cloud-enabled platform also includes rigid security measures to ensure the integrity of all data exchanges with both internal and external stakeholders.  L&T Infotech and SEEBURGER jointly designed and demonstrated the proof of concept, with subsequent provisioning, roll-out and ongoing maintenance provided by both the companies.
